Description The U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Randolph (CVS-15) firing a 21 gun salute while entering the Bay of Naples, Italy, in 1962. Randolph, with assigned Carrier Anti-Submarine Air Group 58 (CVSG-58), was deployed to the Mediterranean Sea from 7 June to 31 August 1962. The helicopters and aircraft of CVSG-58 can be seen on deck: Grumman S2F-3 Trackers of Air Anti-Submarine Squadron 26 (VS-26) "Lucky Tigers" and VS-36 "Grey Wolves", and Sikorsky HSS-1N Seabat helicopters of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron 7 (HS-7) "Big Dippers".
