Description ARABIAN SEA (May 14, 2015) Cmdr. Paul Allgeier, executive officer of the guided-missile destroyer USS Winston S. Churchill (DDG 81) hands a World War II Bluejacket's Manual to Command Master Chief Maya Presco as thanks for her service during a farewell cake-cutting ceremony prior to Presco's departure. USS Winston S. Churchill is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in Iraq and Syria as directed, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the region.
