Description
English: Chief Petty Officer Randy Bell is checked for any unusual levels of radiation by members of the Navy radiation control team. Bell was a passenger aboard an MH-53E Sea Dragon helicopter from the amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga participating in humanitarian assistance efforts. Tortuga is operating off the coast of Japan supporting Operation Tomodachi.
