English: The future U.S. Navy littoral combat ship USS Tulsa (LCS-16) arrives at its new homeport at Naval Base San Diego, California (USA), on 21 November 2018, after completing its maiden voyage from the Austal USA shipyard in Mobile, Alabama (USA). Tulsa was the eighth Independence-class littoral combat ship and was scheduled for commissioning on 16 February 2019 in San Francisco, California (USA).
