MAYPORT, Fla. (March 8, 2013) Vice Adm. Richard Hunt delivers remarks during the decommissioning ceremony for the guided-missile frigate USS Underwood (FFG 36) at Naval Station Mayport. Underwood, named for Capt. Gordon Waite Underwood, was commissioned on Jan. 29, 1983 as the 29th ship of the Oliver Hazard Perry-class of guided-missile frigates.
