Summary edit

Description
English: Theresa Winterhalter, executive assistant for U.S. Army Forces Command G3, prepares to leap down from a 10-foot wall during a tri-fitness competition. Winterhalter discovered the sport while activated as a reservist in 2006 and has been competing ever since. The competition is based on four events: an obstacle course, a fitness skills test (bench press, box jump and shuttle run), a 2-minute fitness routine and a grace and physique portion. Winterhalter is currently ranked eigth in the world in her division for the obstacle course.
