Milley, U.S. Army Chief of Staff, make their entrance shoulder-to-shoulder during the combined opening ceremony for the 10th Pacific Armies Chiefs Conference, 41st Pacific Armies Management Seminar and 3rd Senior Enlisted Leaders Forum, Seoul, Republic of Korea, Sep. 18, 2017. More than 200 senior army leaders from across the Indo-Asia-Pacific region are attending to help foster strong working relationship and understanding across the region.
