English: Panama City, Fla. (Nov. 26, 2002) -- Adm. Vern Clark, Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), listens to Mr. Steve Castelin of the Naval Sea Systems Command’s (NAVSEA) Coastal Systems Station as he discusses the future of unmanned undersea vehicles (UUV) such as the Blue Fin currently displayed. The CNO is in Panama City specifically to view new technology, applications and hardware as well as to visit with community leaders. U.S. Navy photo by Chief Photographer's Mate Johnny Bivera.
