English: At sea aboard USS Constellation (CV 64) Nov. 30, 2002 -- Personnelman 1st Class William Winstell demonstrates proper techniques and procedures for donning the Advanced Protective Chemical Garment (APCG) with Airman Marc Trincale during Chemical, Biological and Radiological defense training on the ship’s flight deck. Constellation is currently on a regularly scheduled six-month deployment conducting combat missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
