English: Andrews Air Force Base (AFB), Md. (Dec. 13, 2002) -- Seabees attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Two Three (NMCB-23) back a 25-ton tractor-trailer onto a U.S. Air Force C-5 “Galaxy” with the assistance of Air Force personnel, during Operation Green Stinger ’03. The operation is a joint training exercise simulating the deployment of the Battalion's Air Detachment and equipment. U.S. Navy photo by Information Systems Technician 1st Class Thien Nguyen.
