English: Pearl harbor, Hawaii (Jul. 3, 2003) -- Cmdr. Noel Russnogle helps his son on a kickboard in Towers Pool. Russnogle’s son was one of 45 Navy children who completed swim lessons Jul 3rd at the pool. The two-week course was for children between ages three and six and was sponsored by Navy Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR). All swim instructors are certified by the American Red Cross.
