Description
English: Philadelphia, Pa. (Dec. 6, 2003) -- A Navy helmet hangs on a warming post during the 104th Army Navy game. Both Army and Navy wore new style helmets, which borrow shock-absorbing technology from Army paratrooper helmets. Designed to minimize concussions the helmets were tested by Army and Navy throughout the season. The Navy went on to defeat the Black Knights of Army by a score of 34-6, and have been invited to play at the EV1.net Houston Bowl on December 30th. U.S. Navy photo by Damon J. Moritz. (RELEASED)
