Escondido, Calif., (Feb. 7, 2004) – Master-At-Arms 2nd Class Sean M. Sant assigned to Commander, Navy Region South West (CNRSW), San Diego, explains the equipment used in training military working dogs for U.S. Navy K-9 units, to Corona High School Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) students Michael Trombley and Michael Patton. The CNRSW K-9 unit assisted Navy-recruiting efforts at the Orange Glen High School field meet, in Escondido, Calif. Master-At-Arms personnel demonstrated security tactics and K-9 use during the meet, which also featured drill and personnel inspection competitions between 1,800 students from 24 schools from around the state hosting ROTC programs from all services.
