English: Atlantic Ocean (Feb. 13, 2004) – Master Chief Damage Controlman Mark Weathers assigned to Commander Naval Air Forces U.S. Atlantic Fleet (COMNAVAIRLANT), observes Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) sprinkler testing in hangar bay one aboard the nuclear powered aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). The ship is currently undergoing sea trials after completing a six-month Planned Incremental Availability (PIA) at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
