English: Carlsbad, Calif., (Mar. 28, 2004) – U.S. Marine Corps 1st Lt. David Cote, of Marine Medium Helicopter Training Squadron One Six Four (HMM-164), finishes the Carlsbad 5000 road race at about 25 minutes. Cote raced in the men’s 29-and-under bracket of the five-kilometer race in Carlsbad, Calif. The 19th annual race attracted more than 7,000 running enthusiasts from around the world, including several hundred Sailors, Marines and family members from San Diego, Calif.
