Description
English: Singapore Coast (May 26, 2004) - A Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) gunner assigned to the patrol vessel RSS Resilience, keeps his sight trained on the Military Sealift Command (MSC) combat stores ship USNS Concord (T-AFS 5), prior to a boarding of the ship by an RSN boarding team, during exercise Southeast Asia Cooperation Against Terrorism (SEACAT). A scenario driven exercise, SEACAT involved the tracking and boarding of rogue merchant ships, one of which was played by Concord. SEACAT is designed to contribute to regional coordination efforts that support cooperative responses to terrorism and transnational crimes at sea. U.S. Navy photo by Lt. j.g. Adam S.
