English: U.S. Naval Academy (May 28, 2004) - Secretary of the Navy, Gordon R. England delivers remarks as part of an introduction for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Richard B. Myers during the U.S. Naval Academy class of 2004 graduation and commissioning ceremony. Nine hundred-ninety Midshipmen graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and became commissioned officers in the U.S. Military. Gen. Myers delivered the commencement address and personally greeted each graduate during the ceremony.
