English: Cresent Harbor, Whidbey Island, Wash. (Aug. 31, 2004) - Builder 2nd Class Tony Conlon, of Oak Harbor, Wash., performs an operational test on a Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) in Cresent Harbor, at the Sea Plane Base on Whidbey Island. Operational tests are conducted to ensure the RHIB is operating at peak performance. Petty Officer Conlon is assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit Seventeen (EODMU-17).
