English: Yokosuka, Japan (Oct. 14, 2004) - Seaman Courtney Anderson of New Orleans, La., gathers hazardous materials to fill a customer's order in the hazardous materials (HAZMAT) trailer aboard the conventionally powered aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63). The HAZMAT division store and distribes all hazardous material for the ship. Currently in port in Yokosuka, Japan, the Kitty Hawk Carrier Strike Group demonstrates power projection and sea control as the U.S. Navy's only permanently forward-deployed aircraft carrier strike group, operating from Yokosuka, Japan.
