English: San Diego, Calif. (Dec. 8, 2004) - The Navy introduced a set of concept service uniforms for Sailors E-6 and below in response to the fleet's feedback on current uniforms. The service blue uniform will be worn year-round and will take the place of the summer white and winter blue uniforms. Dress uniforms, such as "Cracker Jacks" will not be affected by this wear test. Each uniform offers options for Sailors to choose from and give feedback to Task Force Uniform. Feedback from the fleet will be used to determine the final year-round service uniform.
