English: New Orleans, La. (Feb. 5, 2005) - Sean Kevany, a detective assigned to the New Orleans Police Department, observes crowds that have gathered to watch a Mardi Gras parade at Lee Circle in New Orleans, La. Kevany flew over the city in a U.S. Coast Guard HH-65 Dolphin helicopter assigned to Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans. The Coast Guard and New Orleans Police Department work together every year in an effort to reduce crime during Mardi Gras.
