English: Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (Jan. 9, 2005) - Damage Controlman 2nd Class Chad M. Harbin indicates to a fire fighting hose team the mock class Alfa fire they are "battling" has been extinguished during a general quarters (GQ) drill aboard the guided missile frigate USS Crommelin (FFG 37). As a damage control training team instructor aboard Crommelin, Harbin is responsible for preparing the ship for real battle damage situations. While underway, Crommelin will perform combat systems drills, small arms training, update their damage control qualifications and basic watch standing requirements.
