Brett Genoble, right, listens as Mrs. Wanda Waldon, left, thanks the USS Albany Family Association, South Hampton Roads Habitat for Humanity, and all the volunteers that helped build her new home in Portsmouth, Va. The Albany Family Association started the project as a way to help out the Hampton Roads community while the submarine was deployed last year.
