English: Atlantic Ocean (Jan. 24, 2005) - Hull Technician Third Class Joshua McHaffey of Wilson, Arkansas welds a support brace in the overhead of the Master-At-Arms office aboard amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3). The Kearsarge Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) and the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) are participating in an ESG exercise in preparation for their upcoming scheduled deployment.
