English: Norfolk, Va. (Feb. 15, 2005) - The Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Newport News (SSN 750) pulls in Naval Station Norfolk, Va. Newport News recently returned following a six-month deployment to the North Atlantic and Central Command Theater of Operations where it conducted joint operations with Allies and provided direct support to the Global War on Terrorism.
