English: Naples, Italy (Mar. 10, 2005) – Capt. John E. Meyer’s wife and two sons unveil a new name to the former C4-I building aboard Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples, Italy. The building is where Capt. Meyers passed away at his desk on Jan. 27, 2004. The building was renamed “The Captain John E. Meyers Building” at a dedication ceremony held by his shipmates. Meyers graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1972 and served on active duty for 32 years before his death. U.S. Navy photo by Photographer’s Mate 1st Class William John Kipp Jr. (RELEASED)
