English: Seal Beach, Calif. (Mar. 26, 2005) - Commanding Officer, Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, Calif., Capt. Robert Fowler, works to help prepare a nesting site for the endangered California Least Tern at the Seal Beach National Wildlife Refuge on board the Naval weapons station.
