English: Fort Worth, Texas (Apr. 3, 2005) – A U.S. Marine Corps C-130 Hercules "Fat Albert," assigned to the U.S. Navy “Blue Angels” flight demonstration team, uses Jet Assisted Take Off (JATO) bottles during takeoff at the Texas Thunder 2005 Air Show on board Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, Texas. Fat Albert kicks-off each show with an assisted takeoff. The Blue Angels fly the F/A-18A Hornet, performing approximately 30 maneuvers during the aerial demonstration lasting over and hour. This year’s air show showcased civilian and military aircraft from the Nation’s armed forces, which provided many flight demonstrations and static displays.
