English: Persian Gulf (July 14, 2005) - Electrician’s Mate 2nd Class Raul Verceles checks a power panel for hot spots with a thermal imaging camera in the hangar bay aboard the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68). The Nimitz Carrier Strike Group is currently on a regularly scheduled deployment and is currently participating in Maritime Security Operations.
