Description
English: Mediterranean Sea (July 17, 2005) – An EA-6B Prowler, assigned to the “Yellowjackets” of Electronic Attack Squadron One Three Eight (VAQ-138), makes an arrested landing aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). The Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group is currently deployed to the 6th Fleet area of operations. Vinson will end her deployment with a homeport shift from San Diego, Calif., to Norfolk, Va., and commence a three-year refuel and complex overhaul. U.S. Navy photo by Cmdr. Chuck Albrecht (RELEASED)
