English: Boston (Aug. 25, 2005) - Chief petty officer (CPO) selectees practice loading and firing a 5600 lb canon on the gun deck of oldest floating commissioned ship, USS Constitution. "Old Ironsides" is a part in CPO selectee training every summer, teaching approximately 300 new chiefs leadership and teamwork skills from naval history so they can apply that knowledge in their modern careers.
