English: Atlantic Ocean (Sept. 3, 2005) - U.S. Navy flight deck personnel take cover from the rotor wash as an MH-53E Sea Dragon helicopter, assigned to Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron Fourteen (HM-14), takes off from the dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46). The Navy's involvement in the Hurricane Katrina humanitarian assistance operations is led by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in conjunction with the Department of Defense.
