English: Santa Rita, Guam (March 27, 2006) - Chief of Staff/First Deputy Commander of the Pacific Fleet of the Russian Federation Navy, Vice Adm. Konstantin Sidenko, presents a Russian Pacific Fleet photo book to USS Chung-Hoon (DDG 93) Commanding Officer, Cmdr. Dave Welch, after a tour aboard the guided-missile destroyer. Four RFN ships and two U.S. Navy ships participated in passing exercise (PASSEX) 2006, off the coast of Guam. PASSEX is an exercise designed to increase interoperability between the two navies, while enhancing the strong cooperative relationship between Russia and the United States.
