English: East China Sea (April 6, 2006) – During a man overboard drill, search and rescue (SAR) swimmer, Yeoman 3rd Class Francisco J. Degollado secures the ship’s training manakine "Oscar" near the amphibious dock landing ship USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49). Commander, Task Force Seven Six (CTF-76) ships, units and embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) elements are returning from operations supporting Reception, Staging, Onward Movement and Integration (RSIO) Foal Eagle (FE) 2006, designed to strengthen interoperability between the United States and the Republic of South Korea.
