Description
English: PACIFIC OCEAN (March 15, 2007) - Standing in the steam of catapult one, an aircraft handler raises his hand to signal that he has control of an aircraft aboard USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Aircraft handlers are responsible for directing the movement of aircraft on the flight deck and the hangar bay, and are vital to the safe and efficient operations in both areas. Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group and embarked Carrier Air Wing Fourteen (CVW) 14 are underway in support of operations in the western Pacific.
