English: BOSTON (June 28, 2007) - USS Constitution’s color guard presents colors marching to the drums of an American Revolution period pipe and drum corps at the opening ceremony of Boston Harborfest and Boston Navy Week. On the stage for the opening ceremony are: Boston Mayor Thomas Menino; Rear Adm. Tim Sullivan, commander First Coast Guard District and commander Atlantic Fleet Maritime Homeland Defense District One; Cmdr. John Beaver, commanding officer of USS Bulkeley (DDG 84); Cmdr. Kevin Hunt, commanding officer Navy Recruiting District New England; and Susan Park, Boston Harborfest president. The week is one of 26 Navy Weeks planned across America in 2007. Navy Weeks are designed to show Americans the investment they have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
