English: PACIFIC OCEAN (Feb. 19, 2008) Sailors aboard the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) move an AIM-9X air-to-air missile. Nimitz is assigned to the U.S. 7th Fleet, operating in the western Pacific and Indian oceans. The 7th Fleet is the largest of the forward-deployed fleets with approximately 50 ships, 120 aircraft and 20,000 Sailors and Marines.
