English: MALABO, Equatorial Guinea (July 10, 2008) Members of the Equatorial Guinea Navy go over plans for a mock boarding with Capt. Robert Wagner, commanding officer, aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Dallas (WHEC 716). Dallas is deployed to the supporting Africa Partnership Station (APS). APS is an initiative aimed at strengthening global-maritime partnerships through training and other collaborative activities in order to improve global maritime safety and security.
