Description
English: NAVAL STATION GREAT LAKES (Nov. 14, 2008) Adm. Jonathan W. Greenert, commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, congratulates a recruit following a capping ceremony at Recruit Training Command. The capping ceremony is where recruits change their recruit ball caps for Navy ball caps marking the end of Battle Stations 21, a grueling 12-hour final test of a recruit's skills in several shipboard evolutions before they graduate from boot camp.
