English: MARSEILLE, France (Jan. 13, 2009) The amphibious command ship USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20) flies the French Flag while in port during its visit to Marseille to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the "Great White Fleet," a historic U.S. goodwill voyage around the world. This voyage demonstrated the United States naval sea power and its commitment to enhancing multi-lateral relations.
