English: PACIFIC OCEAN (April 18, 2009) A civilian contractor ties down a T-45 Goshawk training aircraft assigned to Training Wing (TW) 2. As flight operations are completed for the night all aircraft must be chained to the deck in order to prevent movement from the ship's rocking.
