English: KANDAHAR PROVINCE, Afghanistan (Jan. 22, 2010) Senior Chief Construction Electrician John Smith briefs Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 after arriving at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. The battalion, whose main job is expeditionary construction, will play a key role in providing necessary engineering support to arriving U.S. forces.
