English: PATUXENT RIVER, Md. (May 18, 2010) Vice Adm. David Venlet, left, outgoing commanding officer of Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), salutes Vice Adm. David Architzel, his relief and the 31st commander of NAVAIR. Architzel previously served as the Navy's principal military deputy to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition.
