English: ATLANTIC OCEAN (July 20, 2010) Sailors remove the chocks and chains from an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 22 aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Ponce (LPD 15). Ponce is part of the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group, which is participating in a composite unit training exercise (COMPTUEX) off the East Coast of the United States, from Virginia to Florida.
