English: SALT LAKE CITY (Sept. 15, 2010) Lt. Bashon Mann, assigned to the Navy Office of Community Outreach, reads to children in the after school reading program at the Capital West Boys and Girls Club during Salt Lake City Navy Week, one of 19 Navy Weeks planned across America for 2010. Navy Weeks are designed to show Americans the investment they have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
