Comstock, part of the Boxer Amphibious Readiness Group, Combat Logistics Battalion (CLB) 13, and the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (13th MEU), are underway off the coast of Southern California participating in certification exercise in preparation for deployment in early 2011.
