Description
English: DIWAR, Afghanistan (Dec. 18, 2010) Active duty and reserve component Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalions 40 and 18 secure and fortify a combat outpost in Diwar, Afghanistan. The Seabees continued working despite a suicide car bombing that killed six Soldiers at the site seven days before. The combined efforts by joint forces will restrict movement of Taliban insurgents and help secure self-governing efforts in Afghanistan.
