English: VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (May 5, 2011) Capt. Bob Geis, executive officer of Naval Air Station Oceana, presents Dr. Clifford L. Stanely, Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness, with a book and a command executive officer coin. Stanley, a retired U.S. Marine Corps major general, was the guest speaker for Oceana's National Day of Prayer breakfast. This year marks the 60th annual observance for the National Day of Prayer.
