English: JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Sept. 7, 2011) Capt. Lynn Welling, commanding officer of Naval Hospital Jacksonville, gives a tour of the new aquatic treadmill for physical and occupational therapy after the hospital's grand opening ceremony. The hospital completed a $60 million five-year modernization project with upgrades including six state of the art operating rooms, a breast care center and a state of the art pharmacy.
