(Jan. 18, 2012) Jackalyne Pfannenstiel, Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Energy, Installations and Environment, third from left, and distinguished Navy leadership, break ground for the Navy's newest solar farm at Naval Weapons Station China Lake.
